We recently switched management services to Reliable and could not be happier! The rough start that was beyond their control has only proven their dedication and overall excellent support. John is very professional, knows the industry well, and leads his team with excellence. Crystal, our manager, has also been very professional as well as organized and patient! During the roof renovation of my Condo we had a significant rain storm. Water leaked into my tenants kitchen. As a landlord I went to see the damages. To my surprise and delight Crystal was there to meet me. I didn’t ask her to get involved but she did. It gave me confidence in our property management company. I had a great experience working with this property management company. Robert Oliva assisted me throughout the entire process over the phone and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to explain every step clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. His support made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Lack of Professional Competence. Working with RPMS has been a deeply frustrating experience characterized by hostility rather than professional service. My interactions with our assigned representative have been consistently negative. When asked for clarification on simple matters, she frequently cites her legally required timeframe for addressing said issues rather than addressing the problem. If the legal requirement is your standard of service, you’re a poor customer service agent. Communication regarding financial matters is particularly concerning. In December, I had to repeatedly explain a simple concept of front-loading payments for an assessment because the representative claimed she couldn't explain it properly to those assigned with approving payment plans. We recently transferred to RPMS, and Crystal has been wonderful to work with. She is professional and extremely helpful. The transition has not been smooth due to a lack of communication from the previous management company, but Crystal has stayed on top of everything. Overall, the entire team at Reliable Management is knowledgeable and responsive. I’m grateful to have found RPMS.
