We have been tenants for about 2 years with Bryan and Samantha. I have nothing but amazing things to say about both of them. From the very first day we toured their rental listing, Bryan was so great and really just a nice person overall. Samantha replies to emails within the same day, most of the time within a couple of hours. Bryan calls back immediately or answers on the first try. Whenever we have let them know about an issue with our rental, they are so on top of it, we never have to follow up. They are on top of their paperwork, renewals, check ins, inspections and just provide great service. We plan to continue renting with them until we are in a position to buy.
