The Residences on McMurray

This was the worst experience I've had with a rental management company. Berkshire Hathaway was terrible - luckily 412 properties has taken over. When we walked in for the first time, there was a terrible dog smell. There was dirt smeared all over the walls and paint on one of the bedroom doors was completely scratched off by I'm assuming a dog. We had to request a cleaning service and they did come in and paint over the dirt. I had to use several air fresheners to cover the smell throughout the time there. We put in multiple maintenance requests for a broken microwave handle and they told us to just glue it back together. We put in requests for our kitchen drawer to be fixed (it was falling apart) and after the 3rd request, someone came and drown the drawer in superglue instead of just re

We loved our time in these apartments. They are spacious and the private entry is very convenient. We were appreciative of Berkshire Hathaway’s attention to detail. The grounds are always well maintained. The interior of the apartments are newly renovated. Convenient location to a variety of businesses!

I am in love with this place so far. Me and my boyfriend are currently moving into a 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom apartment and it is just beautiful. It’s a great location and James is a great help. We have had a few issues so far, but the pros override the cons. The first day we began moving, we had a stench of marijuana, and one of our window sills are broken. But otherwise this is my dream apartment and we couldn’t be happier.

Nice nurses and crews. My father-in-law's been there for almost 3 months and They do the best they can. Thank them sincerely. It's even pet-friendly if your doggie behaves nicely and is on a leash.

1 windows in 1 bedroom apt located in kitchen. None in bedroom. Like confinement...
