The Preserve at Peters Township

We are in the process of moving in. Our Sales Manager, Ally Millward, has been very helpful. She promptly responds to requests for information. She is knowledgeable and cheerful. The complex itself is beautiful. Good setting with a mix of rural feel and nearby stores, restaurants and services. Fit and finish of our newly constructed unit is very good. Looking forward to our new home at The Preserve at Peters Township.

The clubhouse looks great and the amenities are very new. I didn’t encounter the issue some other reviewers mentioned about staff arriving late or refusing to show the units. Shaye, the staff member who helped me, showed me several apartments. Unfortunately, both the hallways and the units had a very strong odor. I noticed a few people have moved in, but the overall occupancy seems low. I honestly don’t know how residents are tolerating the smell. I also asked Shaye if there were any additional discounts since the place didn’t feel move in ready. She said she would ask management, but I never received any follow up, and no leasing staff reached out afterward. It gave the impression that they weren’t very interested in renting out the apartments. On top of that, the pricing is strange. A

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Preserve at Peters Township. The apartments are modern, clean, and well-designed. The layout makes sense, the finishes look great, and it feels quiet and comfortable every day. The community is calm and very well kept. It’s in a convenient spot close to restaurants, shops, and the main roads, but it still feels private. The management team has been great to work with and maintenance has been quick to respond whenever I’ve needed help. It’s obvious they care about keeping everything in good shape and making sure residents are happy. If you’re looking for a clean, modern, and quiet place to call home in Peters Township, this is one of the best choices around.

My girlfriend and I moved into The Preserve about two months ago. The apartments are brand new, and we’re the first residents in our unit — everything is very clean and modern. We’ve really enjoyed both the location and the sense of community here at The Preserve. The location is perfect, with Route 19 nearby and plenty of stores, restaurants, and things to do along the way. It has a great community feel, with frequent resident events for holidays, pop-up breakfasts, and even coffee trucks. Overall, The Preserve has been an amazing first community for us.
