The Residences at Upper Saddle River

The property management does nothing about tenants repeatedly smoking weed in their apartments and their company causing disruption to your peace and enjoyment many times. If you don't want to tolerate hearing every foot steps, sweeping of the floor, running, playing and other noise your neighbor makes above you or your neighbors to the left and right of you at all times of the day, don't move here. You can hear your neighbor open and shut their closets and dresser drawers. It is due to poor construction materials used. The apartments weren't spaced interiorly apart. You hear everything. Your neighbor's phone conversations you can be heard. They even have mold popping up in some apartments but the staff does respond to the problem. The staff in general is very nice.
