The Commons at USR

Their landscapers have demonstrated and co time to demonstrate repeatedly zero regard for residents property. This has been a years long problem property management refuses to address so much so - we move our cars to the commercial building lot next door whenever they show up. So sliding the rating down from 2 Stars to 1 Star. They will sand blast your car with a leaf blower and laugh about it (video attached). Just saw them drop a large branch on a neighbors car. Any little patio items get leaf blown all over, the most recently today intentionally blew dirt and debris into our open windows ~ yup had to dust and clean the whole first floor. I been living at the USR Commons for more than 10 years & 1 major reason is the Super -Andy Echevarria - he rates 5 stars. He is professional, competent, timely , goes above & beyond to solve any issue or situation & all efficiently & with a smile.

Not sure what people are talking about but I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences. When something breaks, microwave, washer dryer, it was replaced that day within hours of me letting them know. The maintenance guys are nice even my 5yr old enjoys when they come in. I’ve been there almost 2yrs and have no complaints.

I absolutely LOVE living at The Commons at Upper Saddle River! I have lived here for several years and have had only great experiences. My apartment is beautiful. The staff treats every resident as a priority. One example, four days ago (Also four days before Thanksgiving) on a Sunday late afternoon, my oven thermostat stopped working. I called the office and spoke with Irene. I had a brand new oven set up the very next morning! The entire office staff and maintenance team is amazing! Thank you for your attention to every single detail. Happy Thanksgiving!

Moved here and couldn’t be happier. The leasing office is very responsive, staff is so friendly, most importantly i love my apartment
