The Residences at Rosemary Crossing

When I moved out granted the place needed cleaned. It was extremely dusty and the carpets needed cleaned. They charge $600 for this. On top of that, they charge $125 to clean the appliances. My appliances was a new stove and a refrigerator that needed wiped out. They also charge me $50 for two toilet seat seats. They definitely know how to rack up the charges when you move out so beware. I was also late with my payment because I lost my job and I promise you this, Haley the office girl will text you non stop and send eviction notices non stop even when your a couple weeks late. It felt like I was living in prison. The stress was so bad I was sick when I was late with my rent. Just know what you’re getting into before you rent from this place. I loved the location and quietness the neighborhood offered. Our neighbors were nothing short of amazing. However, in the summer these houses are UNBEARABLY hot. Our AC would hit upwards of 80 degrees even with a secondary standing AC unit any time the weather was above 90. This caused our Ameren bill be outrageous each month. ($500+!) Complaining about the AC caused tension with maintenance and we were always told it is “normal” in these houses with little tree coverage and high ceilings. Our microwave and dishwasher went out while living there and were replaced in a very reasonable amount of time. Our fridge line was leaking and that caused our floor to need replaced which was also done quickly. Lawn care is provided which was nice, but we never had any idea when they would be there whic

I love my home, this is my 2nd time renewing my lease because of how much I love the home and the area that it's in.

I am amazed of the clean up of bad renters! This complex is looking great to 2yrs ago. I'm astonished of the diligence of everyone from kathy to scott to management. Its great to turn into the complex and see cleanliness and great yard work. You all did good. GOOD JOB!!

Process was easy and painless. Staff is very helpful and patient. House is beautiful. Since moving in any issue that has came up they have went above and beyond to take care of. I have to say everyone here has been phenomenal. Highly recommended Been here almost 4 months now and absolutely amazed by how wonderful everyone has been.
