Buena Vista Apartments

Beautiful building and the gardens are award winning. Every apartment is fully furnished with everything you need and feels like home. We have stayed here a few times and have been in different apartments every time. I enjoy that each one has it's own private balcony, that also has seating. The owners are friendly and welcoming, making sure all guests are taken care of. A GREAT home away from home.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful apartment complex. From the easy commute to my travel assignment. As well as the wonderful people who also stayed. I worked nightshift and I never had any issues with noise. The owners also exceed any previous places I have stayed for a travel assignment. They were wonderful. Always ensuring I was comfortable and had everything I needed. While also being so kind to my animals I traveled with. Offering to watch my sweet dog or let him out while I was at work. Their generosity truly made me so sad to leave. If you get the chance please stay here. The pricing is hard to be. While also feeling like you’re at a home away from home. To label these as apartments, does not give these beautiful units the justice they deserve. It was the first time we have ever had to rent an apartment and I am glad Buena Vista was our first experience. We put our house up for sale and it sold within 12 hours, leaving us with nowhere to go. We were still in the process of house hunting and this opportunity fell right into our lap. Not having to sign a 6 month or a 1yr lease was exactly what we were looking for. They were able to create the lease according to our time frame. The unit was like a 2 bedroom house, as if we never left home. Having these units fully furnished, allowed us to keep our items in storage so we didn't have to move twice. I stumbled upon this apartment desperately seeking a place to stay while on assignment at OSF. First of all, Jackie (landlady) communicated very well during the whole moving in process and made sure to show me around when I arrived. The apartment turned out to be way more than I expected! Very spacious, clean, and inviting. I loved the decor inside and the huge balcony. My bed was so comfy and I slept like a queen each night. I truly felt at home, away from home. If I am ever in town again, I will definitely keep Buena Vista in mind. You get way more than you pay for and a piece of mind which is priceless!

This Building Rocks! I was in need of a Furnished Apartment and the local Hotels were not working out - due to the obnoxious noise at all hours of the night; so, I contacted Jackie at Buena Vista Apartments and she said they were just finishing up some enhancements to the B3 apt. and she would be happy to show it to me. They had award winning signs in the flower gardens when I arrived. She took me up to the unit and I was blown away at the size of the apartment, it was amazing. High ceilings, beautiful architectural woodwork, Mahogany real wood floors, fireplace, two bedrooms, 55" TV,, spacious balcony all fully furnished with its own Furnace and A/C that they had just had newly upgraded with new high efficiency.
