Another issue is that when Ferrari Investments purchased the property both the old company and Ferrari Investments wrongfully withdrew rent from my account for that month. They didn't give residents much notice to this change. Even if they had provided ample notice, they should NEVER have withdrawn the funds from my account. The manager from the old company, Stacy Wren, had an attitude the entire time and blamed it on me. She actually had the nerve to say that it was my responsibility to log onto their old site and turn off my settings to have they automatically withdraw funds. Very happy with my apartment. Neighbors are friendly. Area is super quiet. Love the amenities included in the rent. Maintenance is super responsive. Assuming the rent doesn’t go up significantly over the years I will be living here for a very long time.

Great apartments & a even better management company. Any issue or problem that arises the management company is quick to fix and is always responsive.

Hard to reach management. Number online isn’t the working number and they never respond to emails.
