Proceed with caution is the biggest piece of advice I’d give. Im really only posting this for awareness. Let’s start with the move-in. Opened the door to a unit that got completely forgotten about in regards to cleaning. In these types of complexes, it is standard practice to return the unit to at least a somewhat clean condition overall. Besides some paint touch-ups (which those weren’t even all done correctly - sloppy paint on doors, and paint drips on floor), the cleaning aspect was completely neglected. I’m talking dirty stove, dusty countertops, floors that needed to be swept, filthy bathroom with hair and a stained shower floor, wasp nest on the balcony etc. I will highlight that mgmt/maintenance did get a cleaner in there (not until 4 days after we had moved in). Update- After my previous review, management truly stepped up and addressed every concern I had. The issues were handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. I really appreciate how seriously they took my situation and how committed they were to making things right. It made a huge difference and completely changed my experience here. I’m very grateful for the responsiveness and effort from the team, and I now feel confident and comfortable in my home again. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a positive one. Lived here for a few years and went downhill as the time went on. New management every other month. Not too mention packages got stolen all the time and they have cameras everywhere but don’t care to check or help out at all and have always had b my mail stolen. As moved out I never have that issue anymore , but after I’ve moved out and I had mail delivered there after by mistake and I’ve called COUNTLESS times for them to help out the young man at the front desk said he’d call me back and never did to help. I called over 7 times and went there and did absolutely nothing and shunned me away. After living there for years and never having issues and paying rent on time always I didn’t think there’d be an issue in this type of situation. Just plain careless is all.. It’s pretty simple. What a gorgeous COMMUNITY! All units high end finishes, with a 12.5" X 5.5' balcony. Some units have sliding glass door or a single door w/ a large window. (10' ceilings are available on the 4th floor only) At first I lived in the (Franzen) unit, which is a 2 bed, 2 bathroom model. Since my last post here, I have actually moved units to the (Pierce). Let me tell you, WOW, I AM IN LOVE WITH THE (PIERCE) The Franzen unit Is a spacious open aire concept, with one large living space and the bedrooms are located left and to the right. I lived on the 4th floor, and 10' ceilings are EPIC! All the remaining floors have 9' ceilings which is still very nice.
