Ruby is amazing! Helpful, personable, and compassionate. Any problems that come up are taken care of right away, and she always makes sure they are fixed properly. She is also very understanding and willing to work with you, which makes such a big difference. I truly appreciate everything she does and highly recommend her as a property manager.

Greg was absolutely AMAZING!!! He understood my situation and got the job done. Been here a couple of weeks. It’s been very quiet which i love. And the complex is clean. Minor issues and maintenance solved the issue right away.

I love the new upgrades. 😍 The kitchen is amazing with brand new appliances. The carpet is brand new clean and just perfect. The bathroom is absolutely amazing 👏 😍 . This is a great place to live. It's clean quiet and the maintenence is very good 👍. Plus you can have dogs which is a very major + for me. I'd give it 10 start but it only goes up to 5. They started building the new club house/ec room. Amanda is so nice and if you have a problem she solves it right away. Medinah Terrace is 💯% a great place.

After one year of staying here, I decided to renew my lease. Ruby is an amazing property manager who makes sure the community is clean, everyone respects each other, I do not worry about theft, and all my concerns are addressed professionally and quickly. Medinah Terrace is a nice apartment complex in the Chicago suburbs. It's close to the Metra and O'Hare airport. Amenities include a new soccer field, small dog run, gym and outdoor pool. Any maintenance issues are handled in a professional and timely manner.
