Muriel Lewis-Harris, the Community Manager, and her team operate with a no-nonsense, premium level of care. Muriel’s updates are timely and practical—whether it’s weather alerts, maintenance schedules, or community event reminders. She doesn’t overcomplicate things; she just gets it right. The maintenance team, led by Josh, is equally reliable. When we had the big ice storm, Josh created a plan to ensure we had safe walkways and were able to get out of our apartment safely without issue. I am a senior on disability who is just moved into one of the waitlist units. Muriel and Mia have been the best and I really appreciate them being patient with me since I had so much paperwork needed to fill out. Muriel helped me apply on my cell phone and Mia helped me sign my lease. Muriel helped me set up all of my apps and items needed, and I went to the office three times for sessions on how to use everything. She was very nice. Im not good with technology but I have a new home here and I am grateful. It will take me some time to remember how to use things but I can ask for help.

The place may be suitable for young college students that are technically savvy, however my 87 year old mother was forced to find another residence after losing everything in a tornado! Completely devastating for her. My mother insists on staying independent and opted on finding another place in the city. She chose this place. Since my mother is elderly and hearing impaired she needs a little more assistance than the average tenant to navigate the online payment system, door features etc. Unfortunately the staff is rude not only to my mother but me and my son who stayed with her for the first month to help her get situated. The community spaces are beautifully maintained, and the location is perfect- and Muriel was great to tour with. She was the only one working but took time to take me around to multiple units. I love the sense of community here; it truly feels like home. The spaces are well-designed and equipped with great amenities that make daily life comfortable and convenient.

I wanted to share my experience since we got hit by the tornado on 5/16? Muriel is by far the hardest working manager I've come across. The day we got hit she immediately launched into getting our areas safe and clean and assessing any issues. Some residents volunteered to help clean up the grounds with gloves and supplies and she was appreciative with water and snacks. Maintenance even covered the cars for folks out of town. Muriel add vendors out the same day as the storm chopping up trees and removing debris. I even saw her in the pool cleaning up by herself. She is a very direct person/no nonsense which can sometimes come off abrupt but she cares. I always get quick responses via email and the new leasing agent Mia is very good. I feel safe and cared for here and wanted to make sure I
