The Residences at Creighton Waterway

We’ve lived at The Residences at Creighton Waterway for almost three years now and couldn’t be happier. Barbie, the onsite property manager, is truly exceptional—she goes above and beyond in every way. When we first moved to FL right after Hurricane Ian, rentals were scarce across SWFL we hoped to settle in Englewood. We couldn't find anything until someone told us about this place that was still under construction. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found it and secured an apartment before it was even finished. Englewood always tugs at our heartstrings, but we decided to stay here because we feel safe—especially during storm season—and it's a great place to live. We lived here for just short of two years between owning in ft myers and moving to Maine. The attention to detail at Creighton Waterway is amazing. Dogs are recognized as an important part of life with a beautiful walkway around the pond and many lovely places to sit . What makes CW so special is the management staff and their caring of the premises. Everything is well maintained, also the on site manager loves people and it shows. Everyone is treated with respect and kindness. We had some difficulties with other residents and Barbie was great at enforcing the rules but with respect seldom seen today. We feel she is a true asset to The Residences at Creighton Waterway.

Have been a resident for 8 months. Best decade in years. This property is what it is because of Barbie. She is the best. If you have any questions or concerns she has the answer for us. She goes the extra yard for any special needs or requests professionally and with sincere concern and heart. Making a safe, comfortable, clean community. As one of the awesome maintenance people says, “We are in paradise”. True fact in that statement.

12/2/24 - We moved in back in May and I wanted to update my review. Living here has been an absolute pleasure! The grounds and buildings are well taken care of, the pool area is delightful and the gazebo is a great place to relax and enjoy the view. Everything is just as promised. Barbie, the property manager, is always helpful and pleasant. Glen does a great job taking care of anything that comes up and always with a smile! If you're looking for a wonderful place to live, this is it! Thank you for a wonderful experience. My wife and I were very impressed when we first met with Barbie to look at the apartments and now that we have moved in the feeling is even stronger! I don't even know where to begin. :-) I was in the middle of a divorce. So, being a newly single mom of 2, I needed a nice, safe place to live. The Residences was the 2nd place I looked, and I immediately felt comfortable and safe even before touring the apartment. It's peaceful, well-kept, the amenities are exactly what I needed, allowing my kids to play at the pool basically whenever we wanted. I even had my son's birthday party there once, and Easter by the beautiful pool. It's a smaller community, so it was always quiet. Barbie is the manager there and she pretty much knows every resident that lives there - which is impressive! But that's another great thing about it being a smaller community. She made the rental/move-in process super easy! She was nothing short of accommodating. E
