The Residences at Covered Bridge

We have lived here for 3 years and have loved every minute of it. We have a 2 bed, 1 bath and have had plenty of space. The storage in this apartment is incredible and the appliances are in great shape. The service for maintenance is impeccable. Tina is incredible and always calls me to talk about the situation and how it will get fixed. Service has always been prompt and efficient. Never has there been a problem where Tina and the rest of the crew haven’t fixed it immediately. The staff are all incredible and nice. Neighbors in this area are great and look out for each other. Great community and there is also plenty of parking. We have loved our time here and I would recommend this place 11/10 times to anyone who’s looking for a place to live. I must say that this is the Best place to Live! Tina and the rest of the Staff are very hard working employees. I have had several calls to maintenance for little things, and Someone has taken care of it immediately! The grounds on the property are taken care of, The Covered Bridge, lawns, parking lot, etc. vegetation & plants. There is ample space in the apartments for storage above the closets. New wall to wall carpet. The porch looks over a small creek & it is very quiet here. The laundry room is convenient, the machines are great. I need to give Tina a 10 out of 10. Tina is very Professional, understanding & a no nonsense kind of Lady. She is a good listener and she can see all sides to a story. She responds to critical situations with Tenants immediately. I currently live here and have been for the past year. I absolutely love it! I have one bedroom/one bathroom and it's incredible. My partner and I comfortably fit our cali king bed in the bedroom with no problem so, zero issues with space. The kitchen is my favorite part, it's open and updated and the windows let in amazing natural light. This is the first place that I actually feel like a part of a community instead of living with strangers.

I'm surprised at the reviews - some of y'all are so entitled it's crazy. What are you looking for? Ask yourself that. Friendly staff and a place to live that's spacious with fair rent? Parking included too?! This is your place. What more could you ask? Yes some of the residents can be obnoxious but...that happens anywhere you go. The leasing staff aren't military that will control everything a resident does. Doors slam, the walls are thin - oh no time to complain. What do you want them to do? REBUILD the walls? Constantly tell the resident to stop slamming the door? Get lives y'all lol shout out to Tina. I'm sure she's used to the praise, but she's the best. Be nice to everyone in the office!

The apartment is very spacious and it allows dogs, I haven't been to the pool yet as we moved in in October. I have 🐝 having a problem with the heat, and the sliding glass door yo the deck. I have health problems and need to go outside on the deck frequently. That is the reason we pay for a two bedroom, they have decks. A hundred dollars more a month. I can never get the door open and the heat constantly goes down to 62, ridiculous. We were told when we signed the lease that heat and hot water we're included , it's not, we got a bill for the water. The office staff is very nice, I don't care for the maintenance staff, at all. If you have the option to go elsewhere, go!!!
