The Residences at Bella Vista Apartments

The new dishwasher, is unusable. Leaks really bad. The sliding doors don't slide, so I can't put things away. The thermostat does what it wants, even when the schedule is turned off. Move in date was 0ct. 31st and I'm still waiting on maintenance, boxes all over the place. And outside the door of my apartment the hallway remains filthy. Today is November 24 and I still don't have a mailbox key. Did I describe a two or a three?

Once my application was processed and an unit that fit my family size the process moved along quickly. Courtney was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful with the process. Mitza was also very helpful and friendly. There are many steps to complete the rental process and i was informed of each of them. We arrived at the finish line before the end of the year. I thank all that was involved with the entire process beginning until the end.

I’m in Tennessee trying to talk to an agent over the phone, and some dude by the name Courtney was on the phone giving me the run around saying I’d have to pay an $85 application fee just to see if one of the 3 available units posted on rent.com was on the first floor. The man tried so hard not to confirm or deny, gaslighting me for some odd reason for just asking a straight forward question. Just based off the phone call and these reviews, these people seem like trash to work with.

First let me say. I just moved here from south Louisiana. The hard thing for me was searching from there and not knowing the areas. I lost over a thousand dollars in apartment fees for being constantly denied. Employer mistake I’ve found out. Bella Vista is the one that gave my family a chance. I’ve read the reviews and take them to heart. At first I was denied, but Ms Lakeisha called me and gave me an alternative. After being approved and was shown the apartment I fell in love. The square footage is small, but I was surprised at how spacious it is. The process overall was a little nerve racking, but I did understand every step of the way. She always answered all of my questions and concerns and went above and beyond for us. Anytime I hit an obstacle, she helped me figure out a way. I am v

My experience living Bella Vista apartments have been okay. I like the accessibility to the highway as far as getting to work or picking my kids up from school. I haven’t had a problem here as far as maintenance or property wise. Before I moved here I had doubts because of what people was saying as far as the location. But people going to be people. I learned to love them, as far as a community. I do see more and more progress as far as management, property management, and so far as dealing with leasing. I been staying here 5+ years. My experience here have been great. Just communication with your neighbors and the leasing office.
