The Residence Buckhead Atlanta

I’ve had an exceptional experience living at The Residences in Buckhead. The amenities are top-notch, with a pristine movie theater, a beautiful pool, a cozy lounge, and a fully-equipped gym. Everything is consistently well-maintained, and a huge thanks to the maintenance team for their dedication. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Buckhead, making it easy to walk everywhere and enjoy the vibrant community. I rarely need to use my car, which is a huge plus. Customer service is phenomenal. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful, and the leasing agents (Carolyn, and Kendrick) truly care about enhancing the tenant experience. Overall, I couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else

I love my apartment at The Residence! I live in a studio and appreciate the way it is laid out. It feels surprisingly spacious for one person. The closet sizes are especially generous for a studio! I also enjoy how quiet my unit is. The community team does an amazing job hosting resident events. I've made some amazing friendships with my neighbors through these events. The concierge team is especially fantastic - Stephen in the North Tower is so kind and helpful! Carolyn on the leasing team goes above and beyond for her clients, even helping me secure a great price as I was searching for my perfect floor plan! The common areas are beautiful! My fiancé even hosted our engagement party onsite and it was the perfect setting. The location is unbeatable. I am walkable to great shopping, rest

I've really enjoyed living at The Residence in Buckhead. Incredibly well-located. Clean and bright building. Amazing views. Concierge and staff very amenable. And I have to give props where due.. Brendan in maintenance has gone above and beyond with any issues I've had. He's come through and fixed pretty immediately and even stayed after hours. Can't say enough great things about him. A gem! My apartment is very comfortable and even though I haven't taken advantage (yet) of the amenities, we are very fortunate in having some excellent services and facilities. If you're looking for a new place to live...Come on over!

There was no additional effort to resolve, and it was made clear their “position still remains the same with not giving compensation for maintenance related items.” Trying to be as fair as possible in this review, but have to say after living in an apartment for years the last year I spent was bad enough I could never justify going back. Getting positives aligned the location is great, the apartment was nice when functioning and the staff themselves were often amazing. The problem was maintenance that got worse and worse. In my last year I spent over a month with a combination of leaking water pipes (often resulting in issues for my unit such as no water or a constant

I moved here on my own to a city I’d never lived in before, and this building exceeded my expectations. The staff is extremely helpful, and the concierges are consistently friendly and professional. The neighborhood feels very safe and is great for walking. The pool and grill areas are well maintained and enjoyable, and the apartments themselves are impressively spacious. Overall, it’s been a great place to live. Highly recommend!
