The Residence at Patriot Place

If I could give this place no stars I would. First off they advertise amenities that they don't have. Maintenance is a complete joke they come start a job and tell you they will be back the following day and then nothing happen until u reach back out to the office. They love to do patch work. Management sucks, we don't hear or see the Office staff, & no community activities. Side B looks like a completely different complex compared to the main side. Side be is dirty, run down & looks neglected. Meanwhile side a has good landscaping, buildings look like they are maintained a little better. No pest control, dogs barking on the property waking everyone up late nights. People store pets on their balconies that tear up trash and debris and it falls to the patio below. Kids have nothing to do. P

If I could I wouldn’t give them NO STARS. Where do I start? When I first moved over here I didn’t have any air for 4 months. I had to call consolidated government for them to fix it. Then the cabinet doors in the kitchen.Still haven’t been fixed. Both closets rods are broken. I can’t hang my clothes up in the closet. You can’t leave any bread out. The rats jump on the table and eat your bread and chips and I can go on on. This to shall pass. I moving out and not looking back.

Want to know what you’re moving into? I know someone who has lived 9+ months in mold and what we assume is sewage. They kept giving them the run around and then tried blaming them about not informing the apartments soon enough about the leak. Which is bull because the tenants let them know right away. I told the tenant that they should have called the health dept. this would not fly at all. Oh and btw the tenant is an injured veteran. They gave him unreasonable time to get out of the apartment and harassed him. This is unacceptable! Would you want to live in mold? Would you want your family living in this. Btw they are also taking door frames and other things from this apartment to put in others apartments. Let’s spread the mold everywhere. Also, he’s been trying to clean out the apartme

Will not recommend to anyone for move in. I have experienced problem after problem since I moved in. Its going on 3weeks without air conditioner & I am on the 3rd floor. I still don't have screens on the one window in the apartment nor do I have a screen on the sliding glass door so I can not open the one window or sliding glass door because bugs come in the apartment when I do open them to try to get cool air because of the broken air conditioner. They also change management without informing residents & new management is unprofessional. They put evictions notifications on people door bald up in the corner of the door even though there are payment arrangements in place. I wish I had never signed a lease here & will be moving as soon as my lease is up

I being living on here for 2 years overpaiding and and no washer and dryer hooker you not allowed to move to other apartments. Then my 10 pound service dog got killed by fighter dog weigh 130 pounds who running free over here. This worst place I ever live,rent prices change every month. No where the kids play. They showing false advertising online we don't have laundry mat or tennis court, no cafe. They are money hungry but not meeting the qualifications for the people who they rent.
