The Residence at Autumn Sage

A nice place to live. Close to Walmart, lots of shopping, restaurants and pet supply stores. Friendly neighbors. Roomy apartments. I Like having a washer/dryer provided. (2025) Since I have first moved in we have changed property management teams twice. the first one that came in did upgrade our front doors to automatic doors but left us no way to lock it. Let’s leave the seniors defenseless. (It is now being worked on.). the other issue has been bugs throughout the building in different apartments; different times. thank God I’ve not had them in my apartment. right now we have no full-time maintenance person and we have a cleaning lady that only comes once a week to take care of our floors, hallways and lobby area. Great place to live! The apartments are very nice—I particularly love that a washer & dryer is included—and the building and surrounding grounds are well maintained. I also love the location. Being on the edge of town and surrounded by open spaces, it has the feeling of being out in the countryside, but it's only a few minutes away from stores, restaurants and other businesses when needed. Special thanks to Kimberly for all of her help.

We went to a cute craft night there with several residents. This place has a cute lobby, bathrooms and is super clean.

I love Autumn sage it is so peaceful and so quiet and so clean I think it's got hospitals even out meat when it comes to cleanliness and organized

This is an excellent place for seniors and very private and clean, pet friendly. The apartment itself is spacious and well-lit, with modern kitchen appliances and washer and dryer. Kimberly is responsive and attentive to our needs, and most of all so sweet!!
