Have been a tenant for a year now and I just signed a new lease. Ivey Property Management is top notch. Any problem I have had it is handled right away!!! I will be a resident until a purchase my own home.

I have been a tenant of Ivey Property for 5 years. Anytime I have a problem Mr Ivey and Greg respond quick and get things fixed immediately! And for 5 years I can’t complain and have not had allot of problems. So I would definitely recommend Ivey property to anyone looking!

This was the best renting experience I have ever had!!! The maintenance is incredible. If I had any issues, I would just send Greg a text and he would call me within 60 seconds. He would then have someone out to fix it within 24 hours maximum. Randy and Greg are also the nicest guys ever and very accommodating. I am going to miss Ivey property very much.

I now have three people I’d rent from in all of Abilene and Ivey Properties is one. They care about fixing things, and that’s lacking with nearly every property management company that I’ve dealt with. Greg is very on top of following up and the whole process. The people they send out for walkthroughs and maintenance care about any issues that come up. Randy is a great guy to rent from. I am grateful!
