The Reserves at Saddleback Ranch

This place was definitely not what we expected and hoped it to be. From the beginning during a walk through we were told that everything would be cleaned and prepped prior to move in, NOTHING was cleaned. We had to rent a carpet cleaner and do a deep clean ourselves, bothering neighbors below us who complained we were making too much noise. Which we later found to be true with the neighbors above us were always so loud. The fridge was broken from the beginning of move in and we did not get a replacement fridge for another 4-5 days. The outside deck has been a continuous issue. Since it has had caked on bird crap and we were told by management that they would spray it off for us, and then of course we would be responsible for upkeep then on which we agreed was fair, but they never came and

This place is a sham. Two young men want to start like on their own, are all "approved" with a date to move in and then they are told because they graduated this year, the need someone else in the lease, as a parent wanting to help I said I would help now they are told I make too much. I think this company needs to be investigated for their business practices I am sure the are some tax violations occuring.

A lot of dead birds and a lot of birds pooping and people getting arrested

Impossible to get a hold of. Apparently these are tax something or others which means poor people only but no where does it say that online. After multiple attempts some angry lady finally answered the phone dismissively and thats how i finally learned that.

I’m so excited about my new apartment. The ladies was so nice.
