Residence at Wolfforth

Pest control ridiculous and horrible. Contracted cleaning of newly rented apartment is a joke. Absolutely filthy, base boards and door/windows trim not cleaned. Top of cabinets grease and dirt. Blinds filthy. Appliances smeared with wet rag. Just ridiculous. Piece of molding in bath sink has yet to be replaced. So very disappointed. Sue, the only person available to the tenants, is very pleasant and helpful. She interacts with all very well. She is the one positive that the Residents at Wolfforth have. I see her doing many jobs to try to keep the place clean. I have not seen a single person cleaning in the facility except her. Besides Sue, I would not encourage anyone to this residence. Management needs to rethink the cleaning and maintenance of Residents at Wolfforth. Whatever they are pa

Extremely rude maintenance man. I don’t know if it’s him or main office, but good luck getting ANYTHING repaired. Property is not maintained, grounds not being kept.

Very poor management. They never fix anything and do not keep things up to date with pest control. Everyone moves as soon as their lease is up. Can’t find anyone to work in the front desk or in maintenance.
