Please choose The Reserve as your living choice! I was one of their very first tenants. I have seen how much the management has grown and settled in, in my time there. They have been incredibly good to me and were very easy to work with. It is a respectable community and you will love it there. The units are wonderful and brand new!

I would give zero stars if I could. The manager was rude during the walk-through and claimed the apartment wasn’t “in a position to view” just because there were two bags sitting inside. Parking was a nightmare—there were never any spots available. The quality of construction was terrible. The screen door literally flew off in the middle of the night, the ceiling fan broke, and drawers fell apart. For half of my lease, the apartment smelled like rotten eggs. When I moved out, they charged me a fee for “missing keys” that were never removed, a cleaning fee, and even claimed there was floor damage—none of which was mentioned at the walk-through. I emailed twice asking for an explanation about these charges, and they never bothered to respond. Terrible management, poor quality, constant

The management here has been like no other apartment complex I’ve been apart of. They view their residents as humans and not just customers trying to make as much money as possible. I’ve had a serious family matter come about and they have been generous enough to accommodate me and my lease without any additional fees or penalties. Most other companies wouldn’t even give a chance to listen. Their kindness and adaptability goes a long way. Having a great management for apartments makes all the difference - it always starts at the top whether you ever have to deal with them or not - this is a great management company to live for. Just finished out my lease here- nothing but positive things to say. The units themselves are quiet and well maintained (though I was the first tenant to live in mine, so that is to be expected). Management was great and super easy to work with, and was very responsive/accommodating with the few small issues I did have. Overall I would definitely recommend these apartments.
