The property manager of these apartments doesn’t seem to care, probably because she doesn’t have to live out there. The property manager allows residents to do whatever they want and doesn’t monitor the property. People are selling drugs throughout the buildings, and others park their trucks and trailers across multiple spots, which is very inconvenient for residents who then have to walk farther to get to the building. Residents also frequently throw trash on the grounds, creating a messy and unsafe environment. The trash compactor is often broken, and children are often running into the street unsupervised. I love my unit 🤭🥰 it’s spacious and the appliances are the same😉 , stainless steel deep sink so im disabled and I have a disabled unit this unit has all the amenities for me to have a luxury shower 🚿 I thank them for thanking of me 🤗

This property is fairly new, but the condition of the community is quickly declining because of poor management and lack of enforcement of the lease. Some residents have no regard for the upkeep of the property or the people who live here. There are individuals openly selling drugs, tenants walking around the property dressed provocatively with no respect for others, children running around unsupervised, and trash constantly left in the parking lot. The breezeways have become a hangout spot where kids are skating, playing ball, and loitering, which is a direct violation of the lease. These are common areas that should remain clear and safe for everyone who lives here. What kind of management company allows conditions like this to continue while responsible tenants are left feeling uncom

Please reconsider having John work for Reserve at Wynn Place. He obviously has anger issues, and nobody needs to deal with that. I couldn't even fill out an application or even know if the apartment is leasing, thanks to John. A CHILD knows how to act better than him.
