If I could give this negative stars I would. Don’t move here!!!!! All the fees and foolishness they are making you pay in rent are in vain when half the amenities aren’t even available for use. They barely had functioning equipment in the gym. About 4-5 treadmills and only 1 was working. They closed it until further notice recently and didn’t state if it was because they were going to renovate it and get new working equipment not. The gate you are paying for in rent for security and peace of mind STAYS OPEN 24/7 and never closes allowing God knows who onto the premises. I’ve only been here barely 3 months and my car was broken into. They lied online, during the tour, and during my application process about the updates and renovations. If you’re considering moving here, please read! This apartment complex is a complete DUMP. The staff have no care for you as an individual as long as they get your money. The tenants are absolutely awful they blast loud music all day and night, especially at the pool. People drive through going 50mph even though the speed limit is 5mph and they don’t care if they hit you. The first night my friend's truck got broken into and a week ago my car got broken into. This place is extremely UNSAFE. There are shootings every night and people are getting murdered left and right. In June we came here looking to rent a 4-bedroom apartment we were then told we could move in that same week and were promised our apartment would be REMODELLED and have fully wooden floors instead of carpet. We truly appreciate the amazing work done by our community maintenance team, especially Fussy. He is always punctual, professional, and extremely responsive whenever we raise a request. No matter how small or big the issue is, he handles it with patience and makes sure the job is completed properly. What stands out the most is his positive attitude and willingness to help. He explains the issue clearly and ensures everything is working perfectly before leaving. It’s reassuring to know our community is maintained by someone so responsible and dedicated. The staff here is amazing! Everyone is welcoming and helpful, but I especially want to shout out Shuanacy. She is so sweet, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure residents have the best experience. You can tell she loves what she does. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and personable. She’s truly a gem!

If I could give this place a minus zero I would. Just as fast as you asked for a 200 dollar deposit is just how fast I was expecting it back. My daughter was denied an apartment because I was told that a 3000 thousand student loan that’s in good standing and payment doesn’t start until November of this year but maybe even longer because she’s still in school. They gave me the runaround for weeks but that’s their made up rule but why hasn’t my deposit been mailed to me and it’s going on 3 weeks that’s foul. To the owner why are you holding on to my money, it may not be much to you because you beating the system but that’s my earned money. So your so called busy staff that’s unprofessional and have your information just laying out and around need to run me my check. It doesn’t take 3 weeks
