The Reserve at White Oak Apartments

I want to give a huge shoutout to Greg, the maintenance technician at Reserve at White Oak. He is hands down the BEST maintenance tech I’ve experienced at any apartment complex. Greg is always professional, respectful, and quick to respond whenever there’s an issue. No matter how big or small the problem is, he handles it efficiently and makes sure everything is done right the first time !

Made a few maintenance requests. They were immediately done the same day by Cris H. Changed out or Air Conditioning/ Heating Filter under 5 minutes . And had a few light bulbs switched out within a couple minutes as well. Always appreciate how fast and efficient everything is done! Thank you!

PEGISUS RESIDENTIAL and the front office at the Reserve at White Oak is hot garbage. These people are money hungry and will do anything not to give you your deposit back. As a military member who has lived all over the US I have never had a problem renting or getting a deposit back. They docked me $160 dollars for a "cloudy cook top" and another $160 for moisture that got behind the shabby paint that came from a leak from the third floor. I will let you be the judge(see attached photos) if it were me I would not rent from these people. Email me I have the entire inspection on video.

I’ve lived here at this community for seven years. I finally had to move after 2 floods from 2 different residents, bad parking, cars broken into, marijuana smoking, car alarms going off all night and day, ac unit going out 2 times. After I moved, I was charged for a cloudy cook top on the stove, that was there when I moved in. Extremely money Hungry company, a rent increase of 600, yes, 600 and charging residents 10.00 for a billing statement, and I live directly across the street from the office! The maintainance crew was amazing! After the floods it was mole in the apartment, my family got really sick from it, no one did anything!
