This apartment complex is hands down amazing! Truly the best one I’ve ever lived at. The maintenance guys Phil and Marlin are amazing. They get your work orders done almost as soon as you put them through. Always very respectful, they always know how to fix the problem. When we had snow the office was closed but they were there clearing the driveways and breezeways. They wanted to assure everyone was safe! The front office is also amazing I absolutely love Danielle and Maryluz, they are so sweet always has a smile on their face and always helpful. This place truly has the best staff that are here to help each and every tenant in anyway they can! Thank you for all you do. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

I recently had my water heater burst and woke up to a flood in my unit. I truly appreciate how the maintenance supervisor, Phil, handled my emergency. He showed up in the wee hours of the morning and had the ATI guy come out and the plumber to access the situation and do what needed to be done. Unfortunately, there was a hole in the floor where the water heater was, so the plumber wasn’t able to complete the job that day. Phil called me directly, kept me updated as much as he could throughout the process as it was Sunday and the office was closed and needed more direction from the office manager. Great Maintenance Support After Move-In Shout out to the maintenance team at The Reserve at Waterford Lakes. After moving in, I had a few minor issues and a water leak that needed attention, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. The maintenance man was responsive, respectful, and made sure all concerns were fully resolved. Door locks were fixed, heat is working perfectly, and everything was checked thoroughly for peace of mind. I really appreciate how smooth the process was—solid communication and quality work. Definitely a great experience and much appreciated!
