Customer Reviews
This apartment complex has exceeded my expectations. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently every single time. The office staff is outstanding — responsive, professional, and attentive. Shout out to Renee, the new manager. She’s approachable, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend!
Everyone has been so helpful during our stay at the Reserve at Walnut Creek. The management and leasing office have made everything smooth for us! Special shout out to the maintenance team! They are always super efficient and the nicest and friendliest guys ever. Even our dog loves them!
This place is almost perfect, but can definitely be improved. Been living here for half a year and haven’t had issues other than the occasional maintenance tickets that easily get taken care of. A coworker of mine had an attempt at his car getting broken into, and security has been an issue based off previous reviews. 2) The package room could use a bit of renovation. The staff at this apartment complex is truly outstanding. They are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and with care, which makes living here stress-free. It’s clear they genuinely care about their residents.
First of all ima start wit renne she is so rude is crazy she refuses to OK, check in two minutes. Acknowledge the roaches in building five. This is the worst place to live office. Don’t help you with anything. Actually Carla was the most helpful one there, but still the fact. these apartments are infested for these prices. I don’t even have to hire Movers to move me out because the roaches are already packing me.
