The Reserve at Vero Beach

This place !! I just moved in four months ago and this place is absolutely stunning. The vibe is so tranquil and peaceful, and my apartment the best. I have this view which I enjoy each day. Thanks to the wonderful staff they are so nice. The maintenance guys are quick and efficient. One of them helped me with my groceries I couldn't be more thankful as I just had knee surgery. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to move to Vero.

I have not written a review yet, and I’m really not quite sure why, considering I live here 365 days out of the year… Needless to say, I love living here! The Reserve Vero Beach has become home for almost two years, and I couldn’t be happier here! The Reserve is truly a beautiful property. The grounds are meticulously kept. The maintenance is spot on. If there’s an issue, it’s handled same day and with kindness and care by our two amazing maintenance guys, Tony and Luis. As for the management, Kelly goes above and beyond to rectify any and all issues that may arise. She is quick, efficient, fair and genuinely cares about the property and its tenants. Thank you for creating a beautiful living environment here at the Reserve Vero Beach!!!

I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment community. The staff is truly amazing!! They’re always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever something comes up. From maintenance requests to general questions, everything is handled efficiently and with care. The property itself is always clean and well maintained, and the community feels safe and welcoming. You can tell the management team genuinely cares about the residents and works hard to create a comfortable living environment. Overall, I’m very happy here and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live with outstanding staff and excellent service.

Kelly the property manager was very kind and helpful all the time, they made me feel very welcome always. The reserve is definitely a great place to live, the facilities and amenities are amazing, the maintenance team is wonderful always ready to help for any eventuality. I can describe my time in the reserve as a very wonderful time, 100% recommended.
