The Reserve at Steele Crossing

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex and truly enjoy being part of the community. I especially want to recognize Linda in the leasing office—she was incredibly professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout my unit transfer process. She made everything smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated her support. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live, and I’m happy to call it home.

My name is Cydney Rollings, and I’ve lived at the Reserve for over a year. The community here is exceptional. As I would like to move from the third floor to the first floor and had the pleasure of with Alexa Whitlow. She is a true asset to the company. Professional and answered all my questions. I look forward to continuing to make the Reserve at Steel Crossing my home.

I’ve lived at the Reserve Apartments for four years. I enjoy when I drive in the entrance it has a pretty neighborhood feel and not an apartment complex feeling. My friends all say I love your “ little village.” And I feel the same way. In most apartments all one ever sees is pavement but not at the Reserve we have trees and actual lawns and flowers. The parking spaces are wide. That may not be a big deal to a lot of people but it is for me. I like to have enough room to park my car, open my door and get out without having to squeeze between two cars. The times I have requested any maintenance help it has always been taken care of in a timely matter. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. There could not be a more convenient place for me to live. Just across from the mall..W

Lexa has been absolutely amazing, the 4 years I have lived at The Reserve. She is very sweet, understanding and professional. She puts a smile on my face everytime I talk to her!

I’ve lived here since 2021. I love it! Clean, great community, and tbh doesn’t feel like apartment or condo living at all due to the landscaping that has been done that makes it feel more natural. No weird smells or bug problems. No psycho neighbors. They even have events for residents to partake in which is super wholesome and nice. No complaints, I love my home!!
