The Reserve at Spanish Lake Apartments

Hey everyone! I’ve been renting here for the last two years. Originally we were owned by red maples before we were bought out by TSK housing. 10/10/24 the drain in my washer and dryer backed up causing a leak. To which they cut the wall and painted over it basically. Fast forward to November 30 and I get home and because of a leak UPSTAIRS in their washer and dryer room it leaked to my laundry room and ceiling causing the ceiling to collapse. I have a 3 year old daughter who could have been in that area playing at the time of the ceiling collapsing. okay accidents happen and obviously these were issues from Red Maples and not TSK housing. When TSK housing first came I brought Russel into my apartment and showed him how the foundation wasn’t leveled to the floor allowing THE DIRT AND GRASS

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like people should know what they’re walking into. These apartments are very poorly maintained. There are ongoing issues with roaches, mold, and overall cleanliness. Because of the conditions, my cousins kids are constantly sick. Maintenance is extremely slow, and there is no reliable emergency maintenance even when the situation is urgent. Management rarely communicates or takes concerns seriously. Living here has been stressful on their family and disappointing. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a safe, healthy, or properly managed place to live. Google makes you put a star that’s why they got that 1 star

First off you people somehow got my number and and I have proof that you called me. I tried calling you back and get an explanation but all I got was "wrong number". I grew up around that area so please take my number off your system. My number shouldn't show up on your system at all. To the management there, I know what's going, but you need to fix what going at these apartments cause Spanish Lake isn't a good area let alone these apartments from the way I heard from a friend that used to live there that you wrongfully evicted from. If I get a call from you again. I will call the cops and I will press sexual harassment charges and I won't hold back.

holy crap if i could recommend negative stars i would. I stayed here for a week with my sister and the second i left their ceiling collapsed !!! There oven was broken for months on end before i even came they have constantly been having problems since they started renting over here!!! never live here terrible living conditions!!!

I stayed here for 2 years and it was by far one of the worst apartments I've ever lived in. 1. They cleaned the inside hallway maybe 3 times in 2 years and even after they cleaned it, it was never really clean. There were 4 units in each building and I was the only tenant cleaning the hall and the grounds around the building. My worst experience was with the management company red maples. They were disingenious, dishonest, and unprofessional. I have ALWAYS received 100% of my deposit back because I leave the unit EXACTLY how it was at time of move-in. But this company found pre-existing things prior to my move-in in order to justify taking part of my deposit.
