The Reserve at Sage Meadows

I love everything about living here!! Not only is the community nice/clean but it also has a nice pool, gym and clubhouse with a movie theater! The apartment managers are so nice and kind they make every phone call worth it!! The maintenance people could be a little faster but I understand when orders start coming up all at once it’s hard to keep up. Other than making sure to call every other week to stay on top of your maintenance problems, this apartment complex is well worth it!!! We would not want to live in any other apartment complex!!

I have been at the RESERVE for 2 years now and just recently moved into another unit on the golf course #13 green. Samantha,Stacy, and Shay worked very hard to making the transition go very smoothly. My wife and I love the entire atmosphere in the Reserve community. We plan on this being our retirement home and highly recommend anyone that is looking for a good home to consider The Reserve as a safe, friendly place to live. Also the maintenance crew does an outstanding job making sure any repairs needed are promptly taken care of. The other asset to the Reserve properties such as internet,cable,utilities,no yard upkeep,garbage,any unit repairs are in the monthly rent charge, don't miss out an opportunity to visit the Reserve for your next home, can't forget about the amazing best club hou

Awesome community to be a part of. My apartment was clean when I arrived and the location is great! Only a few minutes to get to town, and living close to a golf course is always nice. The staff is always so friendly to talk to! If anything ever does go wrong maintenance is always helpful and super friendly. I have been here 3 years and hoping to resign again next year!

Highly recommend living in this wonderful community! Safe, quiet, friendly, and welcoming are just a few words that describe our experience living at the Reserve. The management team treats everyone with all the respect and they go above and beyond to host fun events and activities throughout the year. Not to mention, the facilities are fantastic!! The pool and the movie room are an 11/10! We’re so grateful to call this place home. 😊

I moved here from out of state and was looking for a safe, quiet and well kept place to live and found just that. I love the managers here, and the maintenance crew is AMAZING. I had a day where my car battery died and no one else could help me. I called Sam and she asked Nick and Marshall to come give me a jump. They showed up so fast and even offered to help get me to the nearest autoparts store for a new battery. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live!
