The Reserve at Rivington Luxury Apartment and Townhome Rentals

Felt supported from the start! We moved from Costa Rica 🇨🇷and we are now starting our third year at The Reserve at Rivington.🏡 From day one, the community has welcomed us with open arms🙏. The apartments are beautiful,🤩 the environment is peaceful ☀️, and it’s been the perfect place for our family to settle and grow.🫶🏻

I love this place. My neighbors are so nice. It’s a mixed neighborhood of old, young and all races. Couples and singles. I just moved to Chester and is it just me, or are ppl friendlier here?? The gym and game room are amazing. I haven’t booked the movie room yet but I will soon. The leasing agents are very sweet and maintenance is fast, friendly and efficient. My package deliveries are protected. No one steals packages here like at my last place. I love my apartment. Great walk in closets I could sleep in if I wanted to lol. I have a nice view of a little pond on my back porch where I see lots of ducks and turtles. They open the pool and jacuzzi early (April). My kitchen is so nice, I love cooking in there. I made the decision to downsize from a large home and piece of land to this superb complex. I am so happy here to not have all the maintenance work and expense I had in my house. I was impressed from the beginning with the lovely landscaping and nature conservancy area and the prettiest wooden footbridge I had ever seen. There are sidewalks galore, so having leisurely walks is pleasant. These apartments apparently are well insulated, since it is not necessary to overwork the heat pump to maintain a comfortable temperature. My 2 BR apartment has 3 paddle fans. I love living here at The Reserve at Rivington. The staff here are wonderful and have always gladly taken care of any of the few issues I've ever had. The neighbors are very polite and helpful as well. I've been here almost 4 and a half years and have been very happy here. The one thing I would ask for is no rent increase for one or 2 years. (hahaha)

The place is so great and the admin people were so friendly and approachable. I love the facilities in the apartment specially the club house, the pool and the gym and ofcourse the little theatre.
