The Reserve at River's Edge

I want to bring to your attention a serious safety concern in the building. There is vandalism on a unit door involving hate symbols, which is extremely disturbing and makes the area feel racially motivated and unsafe…. Unfortunately this isn’t just all of it.

What a shame. Nice apartment with great storage. Company doesn’t care or take good care of property for the price. Old dried paint on kitchen counters upon move in. Dirty washer and apartment smelled like dog. AC too loud with dripping water from ceiling vents in three rooms. They only looked into issue after three months and request to get out of lease or move to another apartment. Problem not fixed and by the time they do summer will be over. Hallways dirty with bugs and cobwebs, no mulching done , minimal plants and poorly done grass. Would not recommend for long term living.

I recently had the pleasure of touring Rivers Edge, and I was truly impressed! The spacious apartments are beautifully designed with modern finishes, plenty of natural light, and a layout that feels both open and inviting. The staff is amazing, kind and genuinely helpful! The amenities here are absolutely fantastic—whether you're looking to relax by the pool, stay active in the fitness center, or enjoy the beautifully maintained outdoor spaces, there’s something for everyone. I especially loved the walking trail! I think every community should offer a walking trail, perfect for pets and kids. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live!

I’ve been a resident of this community for about 3 months. So far, I’ve enjoyed living here. The primary property manager, Charlynn, is great! She’s extremely personable and is always attentive to my requests in a timely fashion. Maintenance is also great. They’re always willing to help and they get things done efficiently. There are a few minor things I’d like to see added. However, for the most part, this is a nice place to live!

Currently living here with my family. We have had a bad dishwasher basically since we moved in. Their fix? Removing it from the apt. Each of the 4 times they came by to “fix” it, nothing has changed and they drone on and on about some parts that need to be ordered. Again not my problem. Find somewhere else if you want to live somewhere with basic appliances in the home. God knows you won’t have that here.
