I moved in earlier this year and absolutely love it!. It is very central to the area necessities and the buildings are new and very comfortable with some nice high end features. Would reccomend to any one looking for a place to live comfortable..

Nick is seriously the best. Since moving in late October, every time I’ve had a maintenance issue he’s been super responsive, friendly, and actually explains what he’s doing instead of rushing in and out. He fixes things quickly and makes sure it’s done right. You can tell he really cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. Makes living here way less stressful knowing Nick’s on the team. Since living here for the past few months, Lauren is an amazing property manager and makes the whole place run smoothly. She’s professional, organized, and super approachable with any question or concern you have. I recently had a very pleasant experience with the current property manager, Lauren Williams. My first lease here at 98 Penn Place is soon coming to an end, but Lauren worked with me in a very professional manner and ensured that my new lease would fit my needs. I look forward to another year here! Some of my favorite things here at 98 Penn Place include the pool, the clubhouse and gym, and having a nice park nearby. In the summer time they also have a farmers market once a week as well as food trucks once a month at the park which is within walking distance!

Lauren made my move-in to 98 Penn incredibly easy from start to finish. She communicated with me every step of the way, answered all my questions quickly, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. The whole process felt organized and stress-free because of her. I really appreciate how professional, responsive, and helpful, it truly made a big difference. If you’re looking for a place in the area, this is it. Highly recommend!

We are very happy with our apartment here at 98 Penn Place. We have been residents since late August. Lauren and the team are super attentive to the tenants and have invited all to the club house to help us get to know each other. The facilities are top notch and having the community park next door allows all to get outside with our pets too. Our 1 bedroom apartment is new , clean and spacious with no problems at all.
