The Reserve At Regents Center

I have lived at this facility for almost 5 years. I enjoy the staff sheila you are wonderful. I enjoyed the new Manager. I also mist Heather. She was great as well. I like SOUTHWOOD realty I feel like y’all take good care of the facility. The grounds always look good. The staff is always professional and nice. I love the maintenance people I think the price is are getting a little too high for the area and considering how the job market is a lot of places are laying off so it’s about to be a little expensive everywhere. I think it be best for them to drop the price about $50-$100 and that would be good not just at Regent Center, Circle but other places as well.

My husband and I have been here for going on 3 years and haven't had any issues except for some parking issues which now is a lot better . Maintenance is great always here the day of or next day after I have reported anything never anything major. Office personnel are great . Only little issue I have is we had to move our little bit of home decor by our door which I didn't think was a fire hazard. I miss my little holiday decorations.. We really like living at the complex

The Reserve At Regents is the Best in Lexington,nc, if your looking for a safe, peacefull, beautiful complex, this is it. The staff here are amazing, and very kind. The team here are very quick on work request, the work each team member brings, gives me comfort knowing i made the right choice where i can call home. The property manager is very kind and shila has been the best when i have any questions or concerns, an amazing a kind person as well. It does not get any better than The Reserve at Regents Center Lexington, nc.

I had a very disappointing experience with the regional manager. During a time when I was going through a serious mental health crisis, she showed little empathy or understanding. Instead of offering support or compassion, her only concern seemed to be the occupancy numbers. It’s disheartening to see that people’s well-being can be overlooked for the sake of business metrics. I hope management takes mental health awareness and compassion more seriously in the future. Oh and she called me at the facility to fuss at me about numbers and let me go...

Incredibly friendly staff! Very knowledgeable and professional with a personal approach. Property is well maintained and safe. The location is ideal! One of very few properties in this area that can bring all these aspects together.
