40 Oaks Properties

I have been living in 40 Oaks properties for awhile now, I love my spot. I love that it’s kinda by the trees and nature. It’s quiet most of the time. Nobody bothers you nobody bothers each other. 40OAKS are easy to get along with all you have to do is make sure you got your rent paid on time. They will do anything they can to help you if needed. Super nice individuals, super understanding, very quiet neighborhoods. Honest and upfront with you also. Its a great community. The kids around the neighborhood typically ride bikes so they don’t cause any problems and the adults, we all kind of just stay to ourselves and look out for each other. This is the cleanist MHP I’ve ever lived in and I’m happy being here and I hope that I get to spend a good couple years here if not longer. I've lived here two years it's cheap it's nice and it's new paved road and mail boxes look pretty awesome. Maintenance is always on point an management is friendly. Background checks required so no rifraf honestly a nice place. Located near everything. 277 Ed tiser Rd lot 21. Blair Roche

I moved here from Ohio last year and thought the process would be filled with “challenges” but to my glee Monica and her team made my move effortless!. I had so many questions about the park and my new state, but with all the great support I received it was like going home. I have had a few dealings with the parks maintenance staff having a few issues with my new home and all can say is EVERY SINGLE issue I had was remedied not only in a very timely manner but I got to meet some of the support staff and they all made me feel right at home! In Ohio where I lived if I had issues it would take weeks even months to get someone to even acknowledge there was an issue. The park is always so clean, and wait can you hear that ?...quiet that’s what you hear and wow is it quiet here, always. Great

40 Oaks Property is an excellent place to go to find affordable living at an affordable price! I have been here 8 months now. Properties are well maintained. A quiet peaceful area away from the city life. They respond in a timely manner when contacted ,are helpful, and respond to issues right away.
