The Reserve at Power Place

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Reserve at Power Place. The property is always clean, quiet, and well maintained. The pool and gym are great amenities and are kept in excellent condition, which I really appreciate. There is also plenty of parking, so I never have to worry about finding a spot. The office staff and maintenance team have been friendly and responsive anytime I’ve needed help. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally. The location is convenient, the community feels safe, and overall it’s been a very comfortable place to live. I’m happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend The Reserve at Power Place to anyone looking for a nice apartment community in Lake Charles.

The apartments are absolutely beautiful! Mrs. Akasha and Mrs. Marilyn communicated with me during this whole process. Very professional and friendly !

The complex is GORGEOUS! So new and fresh and inviting, and don't get me started on the staff !!! Danyshia and Marilyn were so helpful in making sure we got into an apartment.

Rushed there after work to pay rent & the office was closed. Saw the girl leaving at 5:26. The website says they closed at 6.

I like how the Manager is proactive enforcing the rules and policies. The place is always safe and secure💯
