The Reserve at Meadowmont Apartments and Townhomes

Meadowmont is a great neighborhood. RAM’s management is improving noticeably. It was a bit rocky for a while, and may still be for some, but I do see improvements in communications and the community at large. Lenora, the new manager, inherited a huge challenge getting this complex back on track. She has rocked it with grace and I look forward to continuing improvement. This complex is not brand new, but is charming nonetheless. Tenants are a wide age range and everyone I’ve met is kind. The shopping center across the street is convenient and comfortable to walk to. Overall, I’ve enjoyed living here.

I have seen such a positive change under Lenora’s leadership the last 6 months and recently met the new maintenance supervisor, Robert, who has stepped up and gotten things taken care of quickly. The clubhouse is back open after a long renovation and is absolutely beautiful. The updated pool area with new shaded seating and lounge areas with fire pits are going to be amazing this Spring/Summer. This team is going places and Meadowmont has never looked so good!

This was a real upgrade in maintenance request at The Reserve. The requestwas handled in a timely fashion. I was getting a new stove. Caleb and Isaiah were taking the old one out and replacing it. They had to navigate a sectional without moving it. They both did so carefully and were so very courteous. The guys tackled this job with and precision. I see them often at the complex and they are very quick to wave and smile. The Reserve is a great community.

Posting a second review cause I hate this place so much. I’ll do a list for ease of reading. 1. Ignore any reviews that have to do with people visiting, writing a review for an apartment complex after just visiting for one day is stupid. 2. Every level of people working here is incompetent. Management, leasing office, maintenance, etc. We are getting called and asked to leave our work and school to show up for pest control we were never told is coming, power goes out in half the apartment and we spend multiple days days dealing with it. The gym is only open from 10-5 which is when everyone is working 3. Do not live here, they will take your money and genuinely just stop caring about you. They make you pay 25 a month for a package service that I’m 90% sure is a scam.

I strongly recommend avoiding this apartment complex based on our experience living here for the past eleven months. The only recent positive reviews seem to come from people who have only toured, not lived here. My husband and I moved into what was advertised as a “renovated” and “move-in ready” apartment that management had marked as “perfect” on the move-in sheet. That was far from the truth. Move-in issues: Before move-in, we were promised several repairs would be completed. On the day we picked up our keys, we were suddenly told the apartment had flooded and the floors had been replaced. The unit below ours was heavily damaged and has been under repair the entire time we’ve lived here. When we moved in, none of the main light fixtures worked. We reported this immediately and were t
