The Reserve at Jordan Creek

Tessa, Mallory, and Tyler have all been top notch in my move-in process. I had to move to a new place on short notice, and they turned everything around so quickly. Very professional and kind folks. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this community. I look forward to the upcoming community events and getting to know neighbors. Thank you guys so much for making everything a smooth process.

This is a Caliber property like West Light Waukee. Awesome pool and clubhouse. I prefer the luxury hotel atmosphere at West Light where I ended up. The Reserve is closer to more conveniences. I could definitely see leasing at Reserve although I enjoy the new Hy Vee in Waukee, new restaurants great rides on Raccoon River Trail.

First and foremost I’d like to thank Tyler the maintenance guy on staff who is prompt, professional, and friendly. Extremely pleased with his service & response time when it came to A/C issues. Mallory is very sweet and composes thoughtful emails that inform us of fun activities they host, maintenance needs, etc. I really appreciate her work ethic. Now on to the design of the apartment. I am in a two bedroom unit and the windows are the best feature. The only thing I wish they paid more attention to detail to are the bathrooms. The showers could be bigger. The amenities here are great. Love the pool and gym. The layout is really nice too. I am able to walk my dogs in peace. The location is perfect for us as well. Close to family and work. I don't write reviews, and I don't know of any promos like one of the other comments refers to, I just noticed the reviews are lower than I think is warranted. I have lived here for almost a year and have had a great time. Other than two issues getting contracts early on (first was because someone was on leave and I needed to move in quickly, the second seemed to be a caliber issue - nothing to do with this location), everything has been great. The apartments are clean, mostly quiet (very quiet for apartment complexes in general), and the amenities and programming are good and fun. The staff address issues with shared spaces (elevators, gym) quickly, and are quick to respond when residents need assistance. Mallory is who I think we all hear from the most. If you don't give them a good review, they will make sure to remove it, so I don't think this will be seen for a long time. I gave them a one star already. <3 - The staff members are very selective when answering their emails. When you talk to them in person, make sure you talk to them like they are three year olds because that's how they act, too. - Make sure you never leave your keys inside your apartment when you are at the gym when maintenance is there because when you come back after hours, they require you to get a locksmith which is not a part of my leasing contract. They never responded to my email about that. - This place is really expensive for no reason. I only moved here for the convenience of driving to the school.
