The Reserve at Jackson Highway

I am so excited living here in my new townhouse. It is so beautiful. The designer put very much thought into crafting such an elegant look. The kitchen is so spacious with the large island it’s so gorgeous! Even the one car garage is oversized. I can go on and on. But I have to give a big shout out to Jackie my leasing agent in the rental office who made my move in so smooth and kept me updated throughout the process. Thank you Jackie!

This has been one of the best moves I’ve ever encountered. From the first day to the move in date has been nothing but top tier. The staff is so amazing. They’re friendly, understanding, and in my case full of patience. My past experience had me so paranoid but they understood and assured me that everything will be what they told me. It couldn’t have came at a better timing, during the Holidays!!!! Thank you so much. My family and I are very humbled and appreciative because of you all.

Seems like it would have been a nice community to reside in but after a month of constantly calling and submitting inquiries I never received a call back or any information. All of the 2 & 3 bedrooms were sold. Poor communication. I’m a Georgia native and disabled veteran that moved out of state, has great credit, all the necessary requirements to be approved, great rental history, and could afford the rent and was just simply trying to get back home. Disappointed when a woman I spoke to basically assumed I was one of “those” who would have an issue with getting approved quickly. And why do you all have paper applications??? This is no help to anyone trying to move in from out of state.

Moving into my brand new townhome has been an amazing experience from start to finish. The office staff have been nothing but kind, welcoming, and truly involved every step of the way. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which I truly appreciate. A special shoutout to Mr. Joseph, the maintenance supervisor who has been absolutely wonderful. He greeted me with a smile when I first met him and took the time to personally show me around my new home, explaining how everything worked. His patience and kindness made me feel comfortable and confident in my new space. I’m truly happy to call this place home.
