I had a very positive experience with the leasing office. The leasing office staff was supportive and made the process easy. The property is well maintained and clean. The manager was very knowledgeable and helped make the process easy for me. I truly appreciate their prompt and professional service.

A great experience living at this apartment community. The property is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any concerns. Ms. Joy is consistently helpful, responsive, and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Monica’s communication style has been very difficult to work with. She frequently talks over people, raises her voice, and has hung up mid-conversation. That behavior isn’t appropriate for someone in a role that supports others. Working with Joy and WyKeisha has been much easier and more respectful, and I would appreciate not to get a call from Monica ever!

MS. WATKISHA WAS THE GREATEST, AND I AM SO DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I’VE TYPED A REVIEW AND IDK WHERE IT WENT 🤦🏾‍♀️EVERYTHING I HAD TYPED, BUT AGAIN SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, ON POINT WITH ALL OF MY PAPERWORK, SHE ACCEPTED ALL OF MY CALLS 😂😂😂EVEN IF SHE WAS BUSY!!! SHE IS A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL. I LOVE MY APARTMENT, ESPECIALLY THE LIGHTINGS, THE TUBS ARE WIDE AND HUGE, THE TUB HAS ARM REST AND NECK AND BACK REST!! THE APARTMENTS ARE SPACIOUS, VERY NICE, AND TO MY EXPECTATIONS!! THE OFFICE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND IMMACULATE!!!! THANKS TO EACH AND every one OF YOU!!!! I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL!!! I WON’T LEAVE MS. JOY, MS. MONICA, & GABRIELLE OUT, THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AS WELL!

Opposite of joy is Misery, despair ,trial ,and tribulation that's what my property manager is. She came at me so unprofessional get to the point. Why are you fumbling your papers in your hand? Do I get a good morning? I don't deserve a professional introduction of who you are ? But I'm the one with the attitude I'm not the only Tenant that has a problem with you. I hope that opens your eyes a little something is wrong I recommend medication but anyways this place is not being kept up trash everywhere all under the stairs. The apartment complex has not been power washed You can't have grills you can't barbecue you can't do anything over here but live if you are the type of person that loves bringing family over for barbecuing and having a good time this is Not the apartment complex for you
