The Reserve at Greenfield

I’ve lived at The Reserve at Greenfield for a few years now, and I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. I have truly enjoyed living here. The community and grounds are impeccably kept, and they are extremely attentive to maintenance needs and anything that requires attention. Most of all, the level of kindness and professionalism that has always been extended to me has been something I’ve genuinely appreciated. Molly, Joe, and Jonathon deserve special recognition. They are talented, thoughtful, and consistently go above and beyond. In many ways, they are the soul of this beautiful community, and they are a big part of what makes living here feel so special.

Spent close to 6 years as a resident of the reserve. One of the best if not the best place to live in lancaster if you are not a homeowner and do not want to be in the city. Just close enough to the highway for easy travel anywhere locally. Very accommodating staff and great amenities. Only reason I left was due to job relocation. If i could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. Molly, Joe, Leah and Jonathan were the absolute best and made sure to represent the High properties extremely well. Thank you all!

I work with clients that live there,and the apartments are very nice! They have kitchen area,computer area,gym. Lounge area.

It is a wonderful and peaceful place to call home. The management and maintenance staff are incredibly friendly and responsive. The property is very clean, comfortable, and the common areas are nicely furnished and decorated. Nice, well-equipped gym and yoga studio; large community room with indoor/outdoor gas fireplace; full kitchen; walking trails and parks nearby. It is situated in a relatively quiet area, with all of the local shopping and downtown Lancaster within a 10 minute drive. I strongly recommend The Reserve to anyone who is looking to move into an apartment in the Lancaster area.

Molly has been so helpful to us in getting things done for us when needed. She is very caring and responds quickly to all of our needs weather it be maintenance etc. We are new to this area and she made our move to this area great!
