I never dreamed I would love living here so much, being by our daughter and son in Law has been especially a plus but yall we surely take advantage the amenities, I love the pool and the gym! I will be honest we moved here in July of 2023 and we have stayed now here in 3 different apartments only because we wanted a different view 😂 now we are right across from the pool and we love it! This is where we wanted to be from the beginning of looking at apartments here! Think I'm done moving in another one 🤣 Y'all & The staff is always so helpful when we have any concerns and the different events they put on for community are especially fun! This complex is so up to date on everything. BUILT 2018. ✔The application process was so simple. I was able to submit EVERYTHING ONLINE, which was very convenient for my busy schedule. ✔I was approved within minutes. 😩😩😩I didn't have to fill out an old fashioned paper application, submit a money order and wait 3-5 business days, like for other apartments. ✔NO, I started my application process on Monday @ 4PM and 🔑🔑🔑moved in on Wednesday @ 12NOON. ✔Friendly and professional staff. Ms. Danielle and Mr. James were extremely helpful. ✔Brand NEW everything ✔Great safe community ✔Gym, pool, clubhouse, & business center ✔Feels like I'm living in a 5-star hotel ✔PEACE OF MIND. I slept like baby on my first night here in my NEW apartment. ✔100% SATISFIED WITH MY APARTMENT ❤❤❤❤

Poor management they do what is best for them not for you, once I moved in dishwasher was flooded never notice into I open it, shower was poorly painted, paint was falling off every time I shower, under sink they had marks of residual water like flooded water, the apartment smells like paint for at less 4 month or after 4 months you get used to the smell if you planing to rent here better of to rent a full home for the price and costumer service moved out and they try to overcharge an extra $700 in top of $2100. Think twice before renting here 🙌🏻

I lived at reserve from July - November 2024 and it was honestly a great experience . I had practically no issues . Buildings 1-2 have elevators which I truly loved . Rent was priced fairly and it’s a super small community , only 3 buildings so management was super responsive and helpful with anything at all . They get to know all of their residents by name . I told them I would write a great review because Mackenzie and Baylor made my move in and move out process very easy and professional . There’s a nice pool , hot tub , nice club house , work out room is sufficient , very pretty apartments as far as the cabinets and bathroom set up , I was in the A4 . I wanted to stay forever but I had to move because I moved out of state for a new job but I truly recommend . It’s a hidden gem in Lafay
