No amenities, residents treated like children in a dorm, outrageous fees when you leave. You might as well light your deposit on fire because you WILL NOT get it back under any circumstances. Many far superior choices in bend. Property manager will text everyone collectively about petty things. Got one saying that “recycling will be taken away if you can’t break down boxes properly” (to the whole complex). Please look elsewhere, our experience was below 1 star.

After a year of living there, the club house never opened. Please make sure you read your rental agreement throughly, they will nickel and dime you. If you do end up living here and planning on moving out don’t rely on not renewing your lease. Make sure you give them a “30 day notice” that you will be moving out or else they will charge you each day that exceeds 30 days after your lease ends. Other than that the apartment itself is nice and cozy, they stay warm in the winters and cool in the summer with an affordable electricity bill.

I've had an awesome experience renting here for over a year now, and we're set to renew for another year! I consider it very competitively priced for the location and current market. The management does a great job of keeping its community updated of new changes and they're actively working to enforce health and safety rules (like keeping the area free of dog feces, providing cameras on the parking lot in case of accidents, and maintaining a safe speed limit through the grounds). Whenever we wanted to change apartments, they worked with us to make it a smooth transition without insane rent hikes or stressing about availability. They also offer onsite storage units, which are far cheaper than any other third-party storage rentals in Bend. We are also within walking distance of the Old Mill

I have been renting here for over a year now, and in that time I have moved units twice. First time was to add another roommate and the second was for my girlfriend and I to get our own place. Management has been absolutely wonderful during this time. They are so nice, sweet, and friendly. Answered any and all questions I have had and made the entire process super simple and easy. The prices themselves are very competitive for Bend as well. I would highly recommend this complex and I plan on staying here for quite some time.

Never plan to move again. Indoor Pool, conference room, weight room. Privately owned and managed. If you are tired of non-responsive management companies you'll love this Place. On-site maintenance man fixes stuff within 24 hours. Rents don't go up very often.
