The Reserve at Berkeley

We had a one day issue with our air conditioning, it went out on a Sunday evening when the weather was very hot. The manager, Robin, and her husband came out late in the evening and brought a large portable air conditioner that cooled the apartment until the next day when the main unit was immediately repaired. The grass is always cut on time. The trees and shrubbery flower beautifully in the spring and are trimmed and maintained through the fall. The pool is spotless. The neighbors all seem very nice. Lastly, the location off of Mid-Atlantic Avenue is the perfect place for coming and going in the area. I highly recommend the property.
