The Reserve At 1508

All they do is waste your time and money, i submitted an application just to keep getting the run around. I submitted pay stubs on 4 different occasions just for them to tell me I’m denied and won’t even give me a reason why. I work a good job and I have good rental history so none of it makes sense. They also lie and say they sent emails that they never send or even intend on sending

When I tell you this place, is so unprofessional I put an application in Almost 2 weeks ago paid my application fee Sent my documents They barely answer the phone every time I call to ask about an update. They always say the same thing That they will let me know towards the end of the day whether I am approved or not, and they never do the only time they call Is when you leave A bad Review this place needs some people that is serious about their job And not gonna play with people lives I am homeless and needed a place to stay but all they did was took my application money and never respond back I wish i would of kept my money and time if you are really in need of a home this is not the place

My wife.and I stopped by today and we're super hopeful to be approved in the coming days! Even before that however, we HAVE to give a massive shout-out to Miss Holley! She is awesome and incredibly sweet! I'm so happy to have gotten to work with her so far and she's made everything easier than I could have possibly imagined to get our first "official" place in Augusta. We compared the property to several others in the Augusta area, and I think overall, Reserve at 1508 has got to be the best value in the area with the best apartment manager in the area by far!

I called asking for something simple and I got way more than I could expected! Lindsey helped me with all of my issues and she even was answering questions I didn’t know I had! She was knowledgeable and courteous the whole time. She was patient with all of my questions (even the silly ones that probably seemed really obvious)! It really made the experience worth writing about! If you ever need anything, make sure to ask for her to help you, because you won’t go wrong!

Miss Holley was amazing through our application process! She made it so easy! We absolutely love the place so far and it really can't be beat for the price! The location is great. It's close to everything on wrightsboro road and downtown, Bobby Jones expressway and Washington road are just a quick trip away up the interstate. They've been very quick about fixing the small problems. 10/10 for the place, 1000/10 for Holley
