I love my apartment!! The complex is welcoming and has an abundance of amenities. The office staff Maria and Bonnie are wonderful, they made moving in a breeze. Maintenance (although contacted only 3 times in my 10 months of residence) is always prompt and thorough. Great place to live.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Maria & Charlene. From the moment they took over as our landlords they have been nothing but kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find a landlord who treats tenants like people instead of just contracts—and Maria & Charlene went above and beyond in every way. Whenever a small issue came up, whether it was a leaky faucet or a question about utilities, they responded quickly and had it resolved without hassle. They were respectful, professional, and always approachable—qualities that made renting here not just easy, but enjoyable. My move-in day experience was very smooth and quick! The whole process with getting the apartment unit I wanted and filling out the paperwork was made easy when working with Maria! She truly is helpful and available to answer any questions you have about the apartment complex. Very thankful for Maria helping me out with getting my first apartment here and always available to answer any of my questions/concerns!!

So far I have had a a great experience when moving in. I believe Bonnie made our move in experience so welcoming and easy and worked with our schedule to get us moved in. I also noticed that I hardly hear noise from the next door neighbors and this is great because most apartments are not like this. Overall, the complex is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and clean common areas. My apartment is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. The amenities here are top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped and always clean, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing on weekends. One of the biggest highlights has been the management and maintenance staff. They are incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. The location is also fantastic.

Myself as well as my boyfriend lived at this complex for one year. The property manager, Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful from touring the complex to turning in the keys on move out day. The grounds were kept clean 24/7 & landscapers were occasionally seen working around the property. When a maintenance request was submitted, maintenance would respond to our needs fast and efficiently every single time. Our 2 bed, 2 bath, 2nd floor apartment was very nice but we were paying $2,000+ in rent every month. That’s not reasonable in this economy for most. Upon move-in we were required to give a deposit (as with every apartment you move to) but when all of the finalizations of your move out are complete, you end up not really getting much, if any of it back.
