For the past 5 years I’ve been thinking and looking for a new home, come this past fall, I found one I liked a lot!! Debbie took me to see it, we put in an offer and got it. But Debbie wanted a few inspections to be sure, so we were waiting for those. Meanwhile, I got my house ready to sale, did all the things Debbie told me too, had to really find a good price to list it, we worked thru a few numbers and Debbie really showed me how and why we would price is as we did, after listing it for 7 days, it sold!!! Then to the inspections on the possible new house. ALL 3 inspections we had done, FAILED. Bullet dodged. But now I was living with my parents and looking for a new home, during the winter too!! Not ideal, but, we found a place, and it couldn’t have been more my dream forever property
