I hate to be the bearer of very very bad news regarding this apt building. First and foremost, this building is a haven for miserable roaches. Plus, you clean your clothes but can't dry them. So, you are stuck going out to a laundromat to dry your clothes. I just can't fathom how can a owner of an apt in that complex, rent a broken down apt for $1600 a month. Is beyond me. You are paying $1600 and the miserable landlord leaves you with a stupid small refrigerator. My friend lives there by the way. That apt was rented totally in shambles. The kitchen looked like an abandoned building. I had to fix that kitchen and put it brandnew. What a shame!!!!
