Wow if you need a home inspector and are looking for someone who has the knowledge, experience and tools… George is the guy! He went above and beyond to help inspect our new home and answered all of our questions and made us feel so confident! Every little thing george could find and document, he did. He really did an excellent job. His report came to us quick and detailed he took the time to go over it with us after hours in detail! George is a pleasure to work with and was so kind and understanding to all of our questions and concerns. Fantastic service. Great listener , He could have added multiple services and ripped me off. Instead he was very knowledgeable and just insisted on doing only 3 inspections. He was very fair priced compared to other services. He came on time and sent me my report the same day for 2 of the 3. The Third inspection of chemical takes a few days. I couldn’t be more happier with George’s service.

George was very thorough in his inspection and even pointed to issues that were not mentioned. We originally requested his assistant for cracks in the ceiling and he pointed out the the tilting radiator and other issues. He came in on short notice and provided us with everything we needed to resolve our issues. Can’t recommend him more.

George was amazing to work with and is simply the best in the business. His knowledge on houses was extensive and the report was as detailed as you can get. Don't hesitate to go to him for a home inspection.
